L-theanine is a naturally occurring amino acid analogue of glutamate that helps to promote relaxation without adding any components that promote drowsiness. 

As a result, L-theanine supplementation can help to “take the edge off” of stimulant supplements like caffeine for a more balanced effect. 

It can also help people fall asleep quicker and easier not by acting as a sedative but by lowering anxiety and promoting relaxation. 

L-theanine has also been used to help improve mental focus, learning and concentration. (Less stress means there are lower cortisol and corticosterone in the body, which affects our cognitive functions.)

Standard Shipping Fees for Orders Below the Free Shipping Threshold:

2) Delivery Standards

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 11:00 am EST are usually shipped the same day.

- Canada: Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- USA: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- South Korea: Estimated delivery is 4-5 business days.

2) Out of Stock / Back Orders:
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email. If you encounter any issues with your order upon receiving it, contact our Customer Service within one week, and we will assist promptly.

3. Returns and Refunds
