1) Shipping Rates
Free Shipping Thresholds:

Free shipping does not apply to items sold and shipped by third-party Marketplace Sellers.
Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut in Canada. If applicable, we will contact you by email.
2) Delivery Times
Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST on a business day are usually shipped the same day.

2. Order Processing & Cancellations
1) Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday).
Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order at our discretion.
2) Out-of-Stock & Backorders
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email.
For any issues with your received order, please contact our Customer Service within 7 business days of delivery.
3) Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you promptly.
3. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return guarantee from the date of purchase.
If you experience an issue with a product, please do not discard the item before contacting us. We may request photos to help us assess the situation and assist you more efficiently.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or a shipping error occurred.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–10 business days, although it may take up to one full billing cycle depending on your payment provider.
