How to Use

INSTRUCTIONS:
EZ night is easy to incorporate into your bedtime routine. For Adults, take 2 capsules, 30-60 minutes before bed.

Cautions and Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner if you are pregnant or breastfeeding Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).
Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity.
These may include, but are not limited to, L-tryptophan, Sadenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. John's wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough and
cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea medication and anti-migraine medication.
Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers, abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you experience skin changes.
Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.

Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience any of the following symptoms within a few hours after taking this product:
changes in mental state such as restlessness or confusion, increased health rate, enlarged pupils, loss of muscle coordination, sweating, shivering and/or gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.


Contraindications
Do not use this product if you have scleroderma.

Known Adverse Reactions
Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Some people may experience drowsiness.
Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Some people may experience diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.

1) Shipping Rates

Free Shipping Conditions:

- Canada, USA, and South Korea: Free shipping on orders over $75 (or ₩75,000 KRW for South Korea).
Standard Shipping Fees for Orders Below the Free Shipping Threshold:

- Canada, USA, and South Korea: For orders under $75 (or ₩75,000 KRW), a $17.99 USD/CAD (or ₩15,000 KRW) shipping fee applies.

Note: Orders shipped to Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut may incur an additional shipping charge, and we will contact you by email if this applies. Free shipping offers are not available for items sold and shipped by third-party Marketplace Sellers.

2) Delivery Standards

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 11:00 am EST are usually shipped the same day.

- Canada: Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- USA: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- South Korea: Estimated delivery is 4-5 business days.

3) International Orders: Importing Goods and Taxes

Please verify that your country’s customs laws allow the import of nutritional supplements and herbs. Any customs fees or issues (such as impounding, expenses, losses, or return shipping fees) are the purchaser’s responsibility.

2. Order Processing and Cancellations

1) Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Please note that receiving an order confirmation does not signify acceptance, as Caforia reserves the right to refuse processing or shipping of any order.

2) Out of Stock / Back Orders:
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email. If you encounter any issues with your order upon receiving it, contact our Customer Service within one week, and we will assist promptly.

3) Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service, and we will assist you immediately.

3. Returns and Refunds

Caforia strives to ensure customer satisfaction with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on products sold directly by Caforia (Seller: Caforia, Manufacturer: David Health). Please note that clearance items and orders outside Canada are eligible for returns only if defective.

1) Return Process

a. Contact Customer Service: Provide your order number, name, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason. Please do not send items before submitting a return request.

b. Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or there was a shipping error.

c. Non-Refundable Shipping: Any original shipping costs paid will not be refunded for returns.

Returns are typically processed within two weeks of receipt. Once processed, please allow 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your payment method, although it may take up to one billing cycle depending on your provider.
