Suggested Use
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily on an empty stomach, not immediately before bedtime, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
Caution
Consult a healthcare practitioner if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, if you are taking antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control pills, if symptoms persist or worsen, or for use beyond 6 weeks.

Do not use if you have bipolar spectrum disorder. May cause irritability and insomnia, in which case, discontinue use.

Standard Shipping Fees for Orders Below the Free Shipping Threshold:

- Canada, USA, and South Korea: For orders under $75 (or ₩75,000 KRW), a $17.99 USD/CAD (or ₩15,000 KRW) shipping fee applies.

2) Delivery Standards

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 11:00 am EST are usually shipped the same day.

- Canada: Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days via Canada Post or UPS.

3. Returns and Refunds
