Maca, known as Peruvian ginseng, is a plant that grows specifically in the high altitudes of the Peruvian Andes mountains. It contains a variety of minerals and plant steroles and has been traditionally used to treat various conditions, particularly those related to sexual dysfunction and energy deficiency. It has also been used to increase fertility, stamina, cognitive function, and libido, as well as relieve symptoms of menopause. Recent research has found that the benefits of maca come from its chemical compound p-methoxybenzyl isothiocyanate, known as a natural aphrodisiac.

2) Delivery Standards

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 11:00 am EST are usually shipped the same day.

- Canada: Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- USA: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- South Korea: Estimated delivery is 4-5 business days.

3) International Orders: Importing Goods and Taxes

1) Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Please note that receiving an order confirmation does not signify acceptance, as Caforia reserves the right to refuse processing or shipping of any order.

2) Out of Stock / Back Orders:
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email. If you encounter any issues with your order upon receiving it, contact our Customer Service within one week, and we will assist promptly.

3) Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service, and we will assist you immediately.

3. Returns and Refunds

1) Return Process

c. Non-Refundable Shipping: Any original shipping costs paid will not be refunded for returns.

Returns are typically processed within two weeks of receipt. Once processed, please allow 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your payment method, although it may take up to one billing cycle depending on your provider.
