What is Oregano Oil?
Oregano is a mountain-growing herb native to the mountainous regions. It is highly regarded as an important seasoning in Mediterranean cuisine due to its unique aroma. Oregano oil is extracted from the oregano herb and has been traditionally used as a key ingredient in herbal medicine in the Mediterranean region.

Benefits of Oregano Oil
Oregano oil has been widely loved for its many health benefits including inhibition of fungal growth, immune system boost, rich source of antioxidants, and improved digestion. It has unique properties in its anti-spasmodic, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and digestive components.

For relieving symptoms of cold and flu: Use oregano oil with an essential oil diffuser to help with congestion and a sore throat.

For healthy skin: Oregano oil has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial effects that can help with conditions such as chapped lips, athlete's foot, and dandruff.

For muscle and joint pain: Diluted oregano oil has been traditionally used to rub on sore muscles. However, it is not recommended for use on sensitive or injured skin.

As a natural insect repellant: The main component of oregano, carvacrol, is a natural repellant for insects.

How to use Oregano Oil
- Use oregano oil for short periods of time, ideally no longer than 10 days.

- It is not recommended for use on children and infants. It is also advised to avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. People with chronic illnesses (especially hypertension or cardiovascular diseases) should consult with a doctor before use.

- Pure oregano oil is very powerful, so the oil sold in stores is often diluted with olive, almond, or coconut oil. Diluted oil is still strong and has a unique taste, so it can be consumed by diluting with water.

Adults: 4-6 drops 1 time per day with food. Take a few hours before taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper.
To reduce irritation of the mouth and stomach, take with water and a teaspoon of honey/ vegetable oil (e.g. olive oil)/ a sugar cube.

Standard Shipping Fees for Orders Below the Free Shipping Threshold:

- Canada, USA, and South Korea: For orders under $75 (or ₩75,000 KRW), a $17.99 USD/CAD (or ₩15,000 KRW) shipping fee applies.

2) Delivery Standards

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 11:00 am EST are usually shipped the same day.

- Canada: Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- USA: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
- South Korea: Estimated delivery is 4-5 business days.

3) International Orders: Importing Goods and Taxes

Please verify that your country’s customs laws allow the import of nutritional supplements and herbs. Any customs fees or issues (such as impounding, expenses, losses, or return shipping fees) are the purchaser’s responsibility.

1) Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Please note that receiving an order confirmation does not signify acceptance, as Caforia reserves the right to refuse processing or shipping of any order.

2) Out of Stock / Back Orders:
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email. If you encounter any issues with your order upon receiving it, contact our Customer Service within one week, and we will assist promptly.

3) Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service, and we will assist you immediately.

3. Returns and Refunds

Caforia strives to ensure customer satisfaction with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on products sold directly by Caforia (Seller: Caforia, Manufacturer: David Health). Please note that clearance items and orders outside Canada are eligible for returns only if defective.

1) Return Process

a. Contact Customer Service: Provide your order number, name, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason. Please do not send items before submitting a return request.

b. Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or there was a shipping error.

c. Non-Refundable Shipping: Any original shipping costs paid will not be refunded for returns.

Returns are typically processed within two weeks of receipt. Once processed, please allow 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your payment method, although it may take up to one billing cycle depending on your provider.
