3. Recommended Use
   Provides antioxidants
4. Recommended Dose
   Adults: 4-6 drops 1 time per day with food. Take a few hours before taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper.
   To reduce irritation of the mouth and stomach, take with water and a teaspoon of honey/ vegetable oil (e.g. olive oil)/ a sugar cube.
5. Cautions and Warnings
   Keep away from children. Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal upset.
   Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are hypersensitive/ allergic to the Lamiaceae family herbs such as basil, hyssop, lavender, perilla, mint, rosemary, sage and thyme.
